AUTO SECURITY MARKETING (ASM)
Auto Security Marketing (ASM) is an Atlanta Georgia, U.S.A based Company that specializes in the merchandising of passengers armored vehicles, cash-in-transit vehicles and others. Her target market is Nigeria and indeed the Sub Saharan African Countries.
ASM networks with TAC, San Antonio, Texas, HPC, Atlanta Georgia, PAG, Brazil and Atlanta, and many other companies in India and Indonesia in its trade. In her network she was able to merchandise passenger armored vehicles, cash-in-transit vehicles for an agreed period of time as a precondition for establishing an armoring company in Lagos, Nigeria to service Sub Sahara Africa.
To that effect, ASM was able to network with armoring companies in the United States of America, Brazil and Russia to muster the technical expertise needed to realize the dream of establishing an armoring factory in Lagos, Nigeria.
It is therefore exhilarating to state that today; the trading effort of ASM over the years gave birth to Peoples Protection Company (PPC) Ltd, a modification and alteration cum armored vehicle Production Company in Lagos, Nigeria.
ASM has the trio of Daniel Emah, Peter Opone and Davies Omakwu as its Directors. Incidentally, this team has also engineered the establishment of Peoples Protection Company (PPC) in Nigeria with a team of great Business men and women back home in Africa. |

Daniel Bala Emah, Director ASM/PPC Ltd.
Mr. Daniel Bala Emah, born in Kogi State, Nigeria obtained a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics major from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria-Nigeria, 1994. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Banking and Finance Major from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu-Nigeria in 2002.

Emah started his career with Federal Mortgage Bank as Senior Mortgage Officer in the National Housing Fund (NHF) Department and rose to a manager position before he resigned and left for the United States of America in 2004.
Mr. Emah holds a Georgia resident insurance license in Property and Casualty, Life, Health and Sickness, which qualifies him to write policies for major insurance companies as an independent broker.
Emah is presently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Auto Security Marketing based in Atlanta Georgia. |

Peter Ogoegbunem Opone, Director ASM LLC.
Mr. Peter O. Opone, born in Delta State, Nigeria, obtained a Bachelors Degree in Education, History major from Delta State University, Abraka-Nigeria in 1992. He also has a certificate in public administration from the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, Topo Badagry, Lagos-Nigeria in 1995. |

He started his public service career in Delta State Government, Nigeria at the State Liaison Office, Lagos, in 1994, as an Administrative Officer, from where he rose to Assistant Director and Conflict Manager in May 2006 when he retired from the Office of Special Duties: Inter Ethnic Relations and Conflict Resolution, Office of the Governor, Delta State.
Mr. Opone holds a Georgia MLS License in Real Estate which qualifies him as a Realtor to practice real estate in the State of Georgia, U.S.A.
He will complete his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) Program with major in Management, Communication and Quality Control from Kaplan University, Florida in August, 2009.

Davis Omakwu, Director ASM LLC.
MR Davies Omakwu who was born in Otukpo, Benue State Nigeria holds a Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Donetsk state University of Technology Ukraine in 1989. MR Omakwu began his professional career with Amek Engineering Group, where he served as a consultant Engineer for four years. Omakwu finally moved to the United States of America in 1995 where he became the founder and President of Dave Auto Center for car purchase and sales based in Atlanta Georgia. MR Omakwu later joined Auto Security Marketing (ASM) LLC in Atlanta Georgia as Vice President, Sales and Procurement. |
